LessCSS is a simplified and compatible form of CSS (cascading style sheets) for lending a graphical look and feel with nice typography, to a website, without the use of heavy static graphics or Flash.

Linux Mint (variant of Ubuntu Linux) is very user-friendly, although the default window manager is slightly more demanding. But Mint is very pretty and great to use for everyday users.
